Profile
Mike Asoodeh joined the faculty of Southeastern Louisiana University in January of 1995. Before joining Southeastern faculty, he taught and was involved in research and development at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He has 20 years of experience in the education, engineering, science, and technology fields. Among his many qualifications are: teaching, computer and communication expertise, systems engineering, distance education, and adult education/training. Mike developed a technology-rich Material Science classroom and a state-of-the-art Robotics Laboratory at Southeastern. He has been the Assistant Vice President for Technology at Southeastern since 1996. Mike has been an active member of a number of State, regional and national organizations. Although he is not teaching this semester, he is heavily involved in many Departmental related activities.
