| Addenda Modifying Formal Bids |

Addenda modifying invitation for bids shall not be issued within a period of (3) working days prior to the
scheduled time for the opening of bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any other legal holidays.
If the necessity arises to issue an addendum modifying an invitation for bid within the (3) working day period prior to the scheduled time for the opening of bids, then the opening of bids shall be extended exactly (1) week, without the requirement of re-advertising. Addenda shall be sent to all prospective bidders known to have received an Invitation to Bid. |
