An emergency is classified as a serious condition that will threaten:

    a. the functioning of Southeastern LA University; or
    b. the preservation or protection of property; or
    c. the health or safety of any person.

 Emergency Purchase Over $1,000 And Up To $5,000

 Emergency Purchase Over $5,000
