R.S. 39:1498 Approval of contract (state employee cannot contract with state or his agency - #4)

R.S. 39:1498.2 Professional, personal, and consulting service contracts with state employees
  • Exempts faculty members of public institutions of higher education (president's approval required)
  • Exempts medical, nursing or allied health fields
  • Exempts state employees qualified to serve as interpreters for the deaf
  • Exempts state employees selected to serve as instructors in paralegal studies course
