Use Below CONTRACT FORM In EXCEL For Contract Amount Up To $2,000: CONTRACT FORM - Download, Complete, Save & Print CLICK If aggregate contract cost up to $2,000, the Service Contract should be signed by the SLU representative coordinating the services. If two or more contracts will be made with the same contractor and aggregate contract cost of two or more contracts will exceed $2,000, then this form shall not be used. Use contract form for contract amount over $2,000.
