Schedule a Morning or Afternoon session (approximately 3-4 hours) with your budget unit's
assigned Procurement Specialist to shadow the specialist at their workstation for step-by-step
interactive experiences of real-time processes involving budget, requisition, bid, purchase
order, payable and other associated tasks in the day of the Procurement Specialist.
