Just got married? Had a new
baby? Changed your address?
In the future, there may
be no need to make a visit to the Human Resources department at North Campus
or even fill out a paper form for changes to your personal information.
Human Resources staff anticipate that employees will be able to access personal profile data such as address, phone, marital status, and dependent information; pay information including total earnings, taxes and deductions; and benefits summaries. In addition, employees will be able to view the current status of their flexible spending accounts, register for training or view job postings. Other improvements anticipated
as a result of Project LEO include an automation of routine tasks in the
Human Resources office, allowing Human Resources staff to focus on strategic
planning and customer service. HR Director Jessie Roberts reports that
the system will continue to evolve to meet the University's needs over
the next few years.
