Step Two: Select your Employees in
Parameters Dialog Box

Learn how to use the Parameters Dialog Box to limit the selection of employees you want to work with in TimeCentre.

 

Step Three: Review Time Reporting Forms

Before entering time into LEO, it is important to review all time reporting forms to make sure the information is correct and complete. You will learn how to access time reporting forms in LEO's TimeCentre so you can compare them to the Employee Exception Log and Missed Punch Log.

 

Step Four: Correct Missed Punches

Learn how to find and correct in or out punches on an employee's time records in TimeCentre.

 

Step Five: Check for Duplicates and Overlaps

Learn how to review an employee's time records for any errors that may have caused multiple punches to occur.

 

Step Six: Correct/Adjust Time Sheets in Edit Time

Learn how to add additional time worked, correct lunch time, or add leave time taken to an employee's time record.

Section Six:
Time Certification
