A three-time Louisiana governor, “Uncle Earl” was a force of nature, an over the top politician who became a legend in his own time. In this spiritual comedy/drama Long moves in and out of madness, recalling his brawling career and ribald escapades as his soul waits for him to plead his case to the Almighty.
