Critically acclaimed actor John McConnell, who received national acclaim as Huey Long in The Kingfish, is back in a new political comedy about Louisiana’s infamous governor. Miz Carraway and the Kingfish is set in 1934, as Huey campaigns to get Arkansas’s Hattie Carraway elected as the first woman United States Senator. Miz Carraway & the Kingfish takes a hilarious, heart warming inside look at the campaign trail that took the Kingfish to Arkansas and sent Miz Carraway to Washington.
