Storytime with Miss Karen
"Miss Karen" Plauche, children's services coordinator for the Tangipahoa Parish Library system, will make books come alive for area children through stories, songs and films.

The Pied Piper
The Missoula Children's Theatre will recruit more than 50 local children to follow the enchanting tunes of The Pied Piper in an original musical adaption of the legend of Hamelin's musical leader. The children's week of intensive rehearsals culminates in two fantastic performances of the timeless children's favorite.
Oct. 10, 7:30pm; Oct. 11, 2pm, Pottle Music Building Auditorium, SLU.
$5 general admission, $3 all students

Big Bad Wolf and the Endangered Forest
A delightful musical for young children filled with fairy tale characters and gently inserted moral lessons. The Big Bad Wolf, the Three Little Pigs and a forest full of furry creatures put aside their personal differences to work toward a common goal preventing the terrible dragon from destroying their timbered homeland.
Oct. 24, 7:30pm, Pottle Music Building Auditorium, SLU
$6 general admission, $5 senior citizens/SLU faculty & staff/all students
