A free wellness fair at Southeastern Louisiana University’s Pennington Student Activity Center Nov. 19 will help you answer that question.       The fair, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., is open to the public as well as Southeastern students, faculty and staff.        In conjunction with the wellness fair, the Blood Center will host a blood drive and offer cholesterol screening, said Dollie Hebert, director of Southeastern Recreation Sports and Wellness.        Hebert said the Southeastern infirmary will check blood pressure and hand out brochures on various health topics. Area companies offering services include the Mary Bird Perkins Center, which will distribute information on cancer awareness and prevention, and the Tangipahoa Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council, which will provide information on stress management and other health issues.       Club Hammond for Women will offer health appraisals and body fat analysis and Smoothie King and Nutri-Sport of Hammond will have free samples and coupons.       For additional information on the wellness fair, call 985-549-2144.
