Now, the seven-piece Celtic rock ensemble is making good on the storm-caused performance “rain check.”       Ceili Rain will perform at 7:30 p.m., November 12, at Southeastern’s Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts in downtown Hammond, said Columbia-Fanfare Director Donna Gay Anderson.       The seven-piece group blends rock guitar with traditional Celtic instruments, such as the  button accordion, tin whistle, fiddle and bagpipe, to create what critics have described as “Celtic  music for a pop-rock palate.”       Tickets for the performance are $12 for adults; $10 for senior citizens, Southeastern faculty, staff and alumni, and $5 for all students. Tickets will be available at the Columbia box office in the theater’s lobby at 220 E. Thomas St. from noon to 5 p.m. beginning Nov. 6.
