CITY CLUB SCHOLARSHIP – The City Club of Hammond recently presented $500 scholarships to three Southeastern Louisiana University students from Tangipahoa Parish. The recipients were Karen Lowery, a senior elementary education major from Amite; Jason Latiolais, a sophomore physics major from Independence; and Gina Jones, a junior accounting major from Ponchatoula.
