SOUTHEASTERN FALL REGISTRATION AUGUST 19-21
HAMMOND -- E-mail messages are
going out to Southeastern Louisiana
University students reminding them about dates and deadlines for the
university's fall semester registration.
Graduate students and students
who pre-registered for the fall 2003 semester can make changes in their
schedules August 12-15. Classes will be canceled for those who do not pay
fees by 4:30 p.m., August 15. Those who meet the fee deadline, however,
may participate in a special drop/add period on Monday, August 18.
New students can apply for admission
online at www.selu.edu/apply.
Regular registration is scheduled
for August 19-21 with fall 2003 classes beginning Monday, August 25. Regular
registration is open by appointment to all new students, continuing students
who did not pre-register for the fall semester, and pre-registered students
who fail to meet the August 15 early registration fee payment deadline.
The regular registration fee deadline is 6 p.m., Thursday, August 21.
Students can check their registration
appointment, view fall class schedules and register online by clicking
on the "Leo" icon on the university's home page, ww.selu.edu, and logging
into the university's intranet at the LEONet-Students link. Students are
also reminded to make appointments for advising prior to registering if
their academic department requires advising.
Fall 2003 late registration is scheduled
August 25-27. All unpaid balances are due by 4:30 p.m., August 28.
Students can pay fees via the Internet
with WebPay Instructions are available online at www.selu.edu/controller.
Fees can be paid in person at the Controller's Office in the North
Campus Financial Aid Building, Room 107.
Students can register from any computer
with Internet access. For additional information about registration, contact
Southeastern Records and Registration, 985-549-2066 or 1-800-222-7358 (SELU).
Students may pick up parking decals,
which will now be issued to students instead of hang tags, August 12-27
in North Campus Classroom Building, Room 102. To register a vehicle, students
must have paid their motor vehicle registration fee prior to picking up
their decal, show a valid vehicle registration and driver's license, and
present their student I.D. (“W number”). Additional information is available
at www.selu.edu/police.
During the registration period, August
12-28, Campus Card Operations (ID Services) will be located in North Campus
Classroom Building, Room 101. Hours of operation are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30
p.m., August 12-15, August 18-20 and August 22, and 7:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.,
August 21 and August 25-28. |
