| SBDC CONCLUDES HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERIES
HAMMOND -- The series of human resource management classes hosted by Southeastern Louisiana University's Small Business Development Center and First Guaranty Bank of Hammond will conclude June 18 with a session titled "Developing Your Organization." The class is scheduled for from 8:30 a.m. to noon at First Guaranty Bank's main branch on East Thomas Street. This hands-on session will help participants learn how to strategically grow and manage their organization and to develop their people into efficient multi-tasked employees. Participants will be asked to consider their organizational structures, reporting relationships and development plans for key staff.
