Instructor Douglas T. Curet, J.D., will help prepare notarial candidates for the examination given by the Parish Notarial Commission. The course will also benefit individuals in financial, real estate, business, and paralegal professions.        Subject matter includes mortgages, conveyances, leases, contracts, servitudes, oil, gas and mineral rights, legal descriptions, promissory notes and UCC finance agreements to successions, wills and trusts and Louisiana community property regime.        For more information and registration materials, contact the Division of Continuing Education and Special Activities at 985-549-2301.
