SOUTHEASTERN NURSING HOLDS HEALTH FAIR MARCH 29
      HAMMOND – Students from Southeastern Louisiana University’s School of Nursing will hold a free public health fair March 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the East St. John High School gymnasium, located at 1 Wildcat Drive, Reserve. 
      Eight nursing students will provide blood pressure and glucose screenings and education on topics such as breast cancer awareness and self breast examinations. Attendees can also get information on colorectal, testicular and prostate cancer screening, and free mamogram screenings. A blood drive will also be conducted during the fair and door prizes will be given.
      Southeastern nursing students participating are Jodi Melancon and Mandy Chaisson, Prairieville; Leslie Cazeaux, Chalmette; Jill Glisson and Mandy Harris, Baton Rouge; Megan Guatafson, Denham Springs; Lynette Johnson, Zachary; and Kristie Tice, LaPlace.
