SOUTHEASTERN PREPARING TO START TV BROADCASTING - Interim programming manager Todd Dunnington (seated) explains some of the new equipment being installed in Southeastern Louisiana University's new cable television distribution facility located in the University Center. The "Southeastern Channel," an educational access channel that will feature a variety of university-sponsored and other educationally-oriented programs, is scheduled to begin programming in July over Charter Communications Channel 18 in Tangipahoa and Livingston parishes.
