SHERMAN SCHOLARSHIP --Members of the Sherman family recently presented the William F. Sherman, M.D., Memorial Scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University biology majors Donna-Lynne Kocher of Baton Rouge and Jason D. Eleser of Tickfaw. The Sherman family endowed the scholarship in memory of the late Dr. William Sherman of Ponchatoula, a 1971 Southeastern graduate, who was killed in an automobile accident in1976. It supports students seeking careers in medicine.
