Receiving the L.E. Chandler Award for service to students was Veda Abene (right), executive assistant to the dean in Continuing Education. The Distinguished Service Award was presented to the Gary Sandifer family of Hammond (from left) Gary Jr., Christine, Jo Ann and Gary.
