SLU DANCEWORKS HOLDS AUDITIONS
     HAMMOND -- Danceworks, Southeastern Louisiana University's residence dance
company, will hold auditions January 29 and 30 for its 1999 spring concert.
     "This year's concert is entitled 'Blurring the Boundaries' and the possibilities are
limitless," said Martie Fellom, director of Southeastern's dance program. "There is no underlying
theme, but the concert's main purpose is to incorporate dance with other art forms and present it
to the public as a complete work of art."
     The concert is scheduled for April 13 in D Vickers Hall's Vonnie Borden Theatre.
     Auditions are scheduled for 4-5:30 p.m., January 29 and 10-11:30 a.m., January 30 in the
dance studio (Room 153) in Southeastern's Kinesiology and Health Studies Building.
     Dancers are asked to wear comfortable attire that does not restrict movement.
