SLU DANCE STUDENTS PERFORM IN NEW ORLEANS SEPTEMBER 12

     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University student Lillian Gray of Slidell will
present two pieces of her choreography at the annual performance festival, DramaRama, at the
Contemporary Arts Center s Freeport McMoRan Theater in New Orleans Saturday, September
12.
     DramaRama is  a program of performance projects including monologues, dances,
comedy, drama, poetry and performance art.
     Gray, who is president of Southeastern danceworks, will perform a solo piece entitled
 Gray s Anatomy.  She will enlist the help of Southeastern dancers for her second piece,
 Rendevous.  Nicole Brown of Hammond, Deron Daniels of New Orleans, Sharon Larroux of
Metairie, Jennifer Molero of Chalmette, Laura Reed of Belle Chase, Steve Weber of Ponchatoula
and Gray will perform the piece, which she said depicts the idea,  Because we are constantly
meeting and re-meeting the same, different people throughout our lives as we battle loneliness. 
     Gray s performance begins at 7:45 p.m. Tickets are $10. For more information call 504-
