FARA DUHE PRESENTS SENIOR RECITAL
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University vocal performance major Fara Duhe of
Chalmette will present her senior recital at 7:30 p.m. April 25 in the Pottle Music Building
Auditorium.
     Duhe, a soprano, will perform works by Mozart, Debussy, Ravel, Amy Beach and Milton
Babbitt. She will be accompanied by SLU pianist Ronald Brothers.
     Duhe, the daughter of Lenny and Polly Duhe, is a student of Southeastern music professor
Steven Rushing. As a Southeastern student, she had lead roles in the SLU Opera-Music Theatre
Program's productions of "Gianni Schicchi" and "The Pirates of Penzance" and also appeared in "Into
the Woods," "Summer and Smoke" and "Godspell." She was chorus mistress for the recent SLU
production of "Christopher Columbus."
