"NEW MILLENNIUM, NEW WORKS" SHOWS SLU FACULTY'S TALENT
     HAMMOND -- The talents of Southeastern Louisiana University's visual arts faculty
will be showcased in an exhibit entitled "New Millennium, New Works," January 26-March 3 at
Southeastern's Clark Hall Gallery. 
     The exhibit opens with a reception Wednesday, January 26, 3-5 p.m. in the gallery. 
     The exhibit features the artists' works in a variety of mediums including, sculpture,
painting, multi-media arts, drawings, ceramics and photography.
     Featured artists are: C. Roy Blackwood, Doug Easterly, Mel Falgoust, Gary Keown,
Denise Tullier-Holly all of Hammond; Kim Finley-Stansbury of Albany; Lynda Katz of
Independence; Gail Hood and Robert Labranche of Covington; Barbara Tardo of Folsom; Rancy
Boyd-Snee, Ron Kennedy, Andy Ruble, and Susan Wingard all of Baton Rouge; and Scott Finch
of New Orleans.                           
     The "New Millenium, New Works" exhibit is supported by student assessed fees. Clark
Hall Gallery hours are 8 a.m.-4 p.m., weekdays. For additional information, call Clark Hall
