SOUTHEASTERN FACULTY GALA PERFORMANCE NOV 9
HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University faculty will display their talents at the
annual Fanfare Faculty Gala, November 9, 7:30pm in the Pottle Music Building
Auditorium. The performance is free and open to the public.
Performances will include pieces by Mozart, Schumann, Jacques Ibert, 20th century
American composer John Harbison, and Poulenc.
Faculty performing include: Frankie Kelly, clarinet, Willis Delony, piano, Yakov Voldman,
violin, Raisa Voldman, piano, Karen Jung, cello, Patrick Kerber, guitar and John Perrine,
saxophone.
Southeastern students lending their musical support to the faculty are Tatiana
Kotchergunia, viola, Algimantas Staskevicius, violin, and Kristen Kean, flute. Special guest artist
is Stacey Davis Jones, wife of Southeastern pianist Henry Jones, performing in a New York style
cabaret.
