GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING SEMINAR AT SOUTHEASTERN FEB. 15
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University's  Small Business Development
Center (SBDC) and the Southeast Resource Center will sponsor a seminar on "The Real World
of Government Contracting," from 9-11 a.m., Tuesday February 15 in the Southeastern
University Center, room 127.
     Seminar topics include the "Language of the Customer," "The FAR and Its Most
Important Parts," "Types of Solicitations," "Contract Bundling," "Electronic Contracting" and
more. 
     The cost to attend the seminar is $10.00 and registration is required.  Contact the SBDC
