SOUTHEASTERN’S GRADUATE STRING QUARTET TO PERFORM NOV. 13       HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University’s graduate string quartet will perform works by Beethoven and Schumann in a concert on November 13.       The free concerts is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Pottle Music Building Auditorium.       Cellist Natalia Vacarciuc of Chisinau, Moldova; violist Ausra Jasineviciute of Rokiskis, Lithuania; violinist Zorica Dimova of Sofia, Bulgaria, and violinist Alexandru Ureche of Chisinau, Moldova, will perform Beethoven’s “String Quartet in A major, Op. 18, No. 5" and Schumann’s “String Quartet in A major, Op. 41, No. 3.”       The musicians are students of Southeastern string professor Yakov Voldman.        For additional information, contact the Southeastern Department of Music and Dramatic Arts, 985-549-2184.
