$20 MILLION IN NEW CONSTRUCTION   Southeastern Louisiana University Interim
President Randy Moffett officiates at the groundbreaking for the $12.8 million renovation and
addition to the Biology Building. The project was one of two groundbreaking on November 14
for new construction totaling almost $20 million. The university also broke ground for a $6.78
million addition and renovation of the Charles E. Cate Teacher Education Center.
