SLU SBDC OFFERS "INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS" WORKSHOP
     HAMMOND -- The Southeastern Louisiana University Small Business Development
Center will offer "Introduction to Computers," a two-night workshop for computer "beginners,"
Jan. 14 and 16.
     The workshop is scheduled from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 and Thursday, Jan. 16
in Room 73 of the College of Business Building. Since class size is limited to 12 persons, pre-
registration is required. Each student will have their own computer.
     The workshop fee is $50, $40 for each additional employee of the same company. 
     The workshop will offer new computer users a solid foundation, said Dedra Fourmaux,
SBDC training coordinator. The sessions emphasize computers in a business environment and
will benefit owners, managers and current or prospective employees of small businesses.
