SLU INDUCTS 65 STUDENTS INTO EDUCATION HONOR SOCIETY
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University's Zeta Kappa Chapter of the
international education honor society Kappa Delta Pi inducted 24 undergraduate and 41 graduate
students at a ceremony March 22 in the Cate Teacher Education Center Kiva. 
     To become a member of Kappa Delta Pi, undergraduate students must have a cumulative
grade point average of 3.5 or better. Graduate students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or
better.
     The chapter also installed new officers: Cindi Ebarb King, Slidell, president; Jodi Stuker,
Hammond, vice president; Laura Broussard, Lafayette, secretary; Sarah Al Juraid, Mandeville,
treasurer; Peggy Ceballos, Hammond, historian, and Kelly Elliot, Mandeville, graduate liaison.
