 LET'S GET ACQUAINTED  PROGRAM  SET FOR THURS. SEPT 17
     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University s Office of Multicultural Affairs and
International Student Affairs and the College of Arts & Sciences, will host the annual  Let s Get
Acquainted  program Thursday September 17 at 6:00 pm in the Student Union Ballroom. The
event, held each semester, is designed to introduce new African American students and their
parents to the Southeastern family and to provide them with information about the university. 
     Keynote speaker for the event is Albert Doucette, Jr., Ph.D., associate dean of
Southeastern s College of Arts and Sciences. 
     The SLU Gospel Choir will perform and refreshments will be served.
