CAST ANNOUNCED FOR SLU THEATRE SEASON OPENER  PRIVATE EYES  

     HAMMOND -- Southeastern Louisiana University s Theatre department has announced
the cast for  Private Eyes , the first offering of Southeastern s 1998-99 season. Southeastern s
production is the regional premiere of this Steven Dietz comic thriller about relationships
infidelity, lust and the power of deception. 
     Director Kay M. Files cast includes:  Christina DeRosier of Loranger, Beau Allulli and
James Yeargain of Hammond, Katherine Duvic of Mandeville, and Deron Daniels of New
Orleans.
     Cherie Maurer of Independence is stage manager, Steve Schepker will do the set and
lighting design and Rebecca Boyles will design costumes.  Private Eyes  will be presented
October 6-10, in the Vonnie Borden Theatre, as part of FANFARE, Southeastern s celebration of
the Arts, Humanities and Sciences,
     Tickets are $5 general admission, $3 senior citizens and faculty and free for SLU
students.  Season tickets are also available. Call 549-2115 for more information.
