TICKETS ON SALE FOR SLU'S CHEFS EVENING
     HAMMOND -- Tickets are now available for Chefs Evening, Southeastern Louisiana
University's annual food festival featuring many of the area's top restaurants.
     Chefs Evening, sponsored by the Southeastern Development Foundation, is scheduled for
5-8 p.m. Feb. 23 in SLU's Twelve Oaks Cafeteria. Tickets are $35 each.
     The theme of this year's gala dinner party is "Winter Wonderland." More than a dozen
restaurants, caterers and beverage companies will serve samples of their culinary and potable
bests, all for a good cause. Chefs Evening helps underwrite university academic programs.
     Tickets, $35 per person, are available through the SLU Development Foundation, 504-
549-2239.
