There is space remaining in two programs which will be offered by the
Comprehensive Public Training Program on the Southeastern Louisiana
University campus. These programs are offered free of charge to all
state employees.
On May 14th and 15th, "Professionalism and Productivity for
Non-Supervisors" will be held. The program addresses professional
behavior, managing conflict, personal organization and goal-setting.
On May 20th, "Providing Quality Service" offers strategies for more
effective customer service and for handling challenging situations.
Both programs will be held in the University Center, Room 139 and will run from
8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more information, please email Jan Ortego
