Dear Parents,

    Before we go any further, let us say a few things. There is no such thing as double secret probation. No one rides motorcycles up and down the stairs of the fraternity house. None of us have ever placed a horse in the Dean of Student Life's office. And we have never caused a riot in the middle of town during the homecoming parade. In other words, Theta Chi Fraternity is not the movie Animal House.
    Okay, you already know that not everything is like it is in the movies, but what is Theta Chi really like? Well, to put it simply, it is an experience that has the main goal of being a very large positive and motivating portion of your son's college experience.
    How do we do that? We visit nursing homes, volunteer at the Special Olympics, raised over $5,000 that all went to the 9-11 American Red Cross Found, have held the highest Fraternity GPA award three semesters since first being established in 1997, and won the 2001 Softball Greek championship to just name a few of the ways we do that. Oh yeah, did we mention that our fraternity house is also Alcohol Free Housing.
    Now, with all of these things on your mind, take a look around at the different parts to this section of Theta Chi's websight. Everything is set-up to help you understand what it is you son is a part of or wants to be a part of.
