Celebrating the release of their 29th album Obama Mia, the Capitol Steps return to Fanfare! With more than 62 collective years of House and Senate staff experience, this talented ensemble of performers takes on the blunders of national politicians and adds its own “spin” with musical ditties that tell it like it is and leave audiences clutching their sides with hysterics. Having been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS, the Capitol Steps were recently a winner for “Cabaret/Musical Theatre” (for the second consecutive year) in the 23rd Annual “Wammie” Awards of the Washington Area Music Association.
