The following terms and conditions apply to all online ticket orders for events ordered from the Columbia Theatre website:
- Review the event, date and seating area selection carefully for accuracy before submitting your order. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
- Due to the nature of live performances, programs, dates and times are subject to change.
- Your order is subject to acceptance by Columbia Theatre Box Office. Please verify that all your contact information on your order is correct before submitting so that you may be contacted should questions arise.
- Special seating requests, such as wheelchair accessible seating, can be purchased by phone at 985-543-4371 or in person at the Box Office at 220 E. Thomas Street. Click here for more information about ADA Accessibility.
- Tickets ordered online from the Columbia Theatre Box Office are subject to an online service fee, which is specified in the order process.
- Special discounted tickets (student tickets, faculty & staff and/or senior citizen) for Fanfare events may not be available online. Please call the Box Office for more information.
- Allow a minimum of 10 days for mail orders. The Columbia Theatre will not be responsible for delivery delays due to U.S. mail.
- The Columbia Theatre shall not be responsible for any failures, errors or problems caused by computer system failure.
- You may purchase tickets by phone. A $3 convenience fee will be added to each phone order.
- Columbia Theatre Box Office’s number is 985-543-4371. The hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00-5:00 pm. Ticket agents are also on duty in the box office one hour prior to curtain time for your convenience.
