The Southeastern chapter of the Gamma Beta Phi Society participates closely with other chapters in the state. Chapters meet twice each year -- at State Conference every Spring and at State Caucus which is held at the National Conference. At each State Conference, an executive panel is elected to represent the state of Louisiana.
