Society for Chemistry Undergraduate Majoring Students
The objective of the Chapter shall be to afford an opportunity for students of a
chemical science to become better acquainted, to secure the intellectual
stimulation that arises from professional association, to obtain experience in
preparing and presenting technical material before chemical audiences, to foster
a professional spirit among the members, to instill a professional pride in the
chemical sciences, and to foster an awareness of the responsibilities and
challenges of the modern chemist.
All of this is a fancy way of saying that we want everyone with an interest in
chemistry, regardless of major, to be able to get together on a regular basis to
talk about common interests and to have fun!

The website has been updated for the Spring 2010 semester. Lots of pictures have been added, so if you have anything additional, email it to me! Events have been updated, so keep an eye on the Events page and the calendar to see what's happening this semester.
Also, don't forget about the officer elections this semester. Every position is available, including webmaster! Check out the Officers page for more information on the positions.
